You struck a chord with us—thank you. And thank you for yesterday’s talk; the organisation is speaking very highly of it today.

With Keynote Ensemble you don’t get a lecture—you get a hands-on workshop. A professional music ensemble makes the principles behind high-performance teams concrete and visible in action.
The workshop is interactive and tailored to your specific challenges. Through facilitated dialogue and practical exercises, we translate musicians’ methods into strategies your team can implement immediately. You’ll leave with sharpened focus, a stronger sense of unity, and a shared action plan. Ready to optimize your team’s performance? Let’s create an experience that delivers results.

Helene has more on her mind than music—much more. At the same time, she carries music at heart, creating beautiful, intense moments when you meet her. She brings her flute, laying a tonal foundation for learning and reflection. On top of that, she uses music as a clear yet deeply relevant metaphor for organisational and leadership work. Musical insight is connected to participants’ own experiences, and before you know it, you’re exploring your team’s, department’s, or company’s rhythm, timbre, and interconnections. We’ve used this in our work with participants and clients—and we’ll do so again.
The concert was a huge success. Everyone agreed it had been a fantastic event, and many of the young people came afterwards to say it had been a truly memorable experience.
As always, a great pleasure to co-facilitate with you, Helene—and, not least, to be inspired! You and the music move people, shift mindsets, and give language to the complexities of organizational life.
Today I see my entire working life in a new light. It’s now clear how I want to steward the years I have left as a leader.
Helene is an outstanding educator who also brings music to life through herself and her flute—lifting the room and opening hearts. It’s immediately clear she’s not average but a truly professional, exceptionally skilled flutist. We were all moved by how she not only performed but also led us into meaningful, relevant discussions about our organisation’s resonance and core tone. Thank you, Helene.
With music’s simple complexity as her starting point, Helene gave the disciplines of listening, learning, and leadership fresh energy—and sparked reflection. She was outstanding.
As part of our internal leadership development, we invited Helene to guide us into the world of music. In an accessible way, she combined research-based insights on human communication with practical exercises from music, making it clear to everyone how powerful the right communication can be in everyday work. I left inspired, with new tools that make life easier in a day-to-day marked by change.
...Thank you, it was great.
Thank you for two highly enriching days. Our entire secretariat gained a great deal from the seminar. Some initially wondered what we could learn from classical musicians—but the penny dropped quickly. The program proved both instructive and inspiring, and people were genuinely engaged. Watching how you, as classical musicians with different instruments and roles, work together drew clear parallels to our own world and workflows.
Everyone was highly inspired by viewing ourselves as an orchestra. Many of us are already using the listening exercise in practice. At our next offsite, we’ll create a team manifesto to define our shared pulse. In short: a clear success.
Thanks to Helene, Matthew, Andreas, and Jonathan for coming by and filling our office with Mozart and laughter—and for sparking a wealth of fresh perspectives and ideas.
